travel colour palette | Marrakech

Marrakech | august 2007

i particularly love the dusty tones of this picture taken in Marrakech a few years ago.

the city was the first stop of a two weeks long road trip across Morocco, i did with Marco and two other friends.
it hasn't happened a lot so far, me travelling in a group, albeit small. and now that i'm thinking about the Morocco trip, i really do not know why. we had the most fun!

do you prefer travelling solo, with one companion {loved one, relative, dearest friend} or in a group? and {this one is difficult} why?

  1. I prefer traveling with a group, for sure. A close one, admittedly. A few family members will do! But I could see how solo traveling would be fun. You'd get to go off and explore wherever you wished, and that is certainly enviable. This palette series is really cool. Keep it up! :)

  3. Such a beautiful photo! I really love travelling solo and deciding what to do on my own terms, but with the right group of people I find quite wonderful as well. p.s. - thanks for your lovely comments on my blog ;)

  4. Beautiful! Morocco has so many lovely colours!

I usually travel with my boyfriend, or in a small group,
but I travelled alone once and I would love to try it again,
i was really worried at first, since i am quite shy, but it turned out it is really easy to meet new people when you travel alone, and it was a lot of fun.
